SUMMATIVE GRADE

• 70% of your grade will be based on Intensity and Quality of Participation and Unit Tests.

• You will receive 3 points per day for Participation

1. Warm Up

2. Run

3. Quality and Intensity of Effort

 

FORMATIVE GRADE

• 30% of your grade will be based on Sportsmanship, Team Work and Wearing the Proper Uniform.

• You will receive 2 points per day for

1.  Sportsmanship/ Teamwork

2.  Proper Uniform. 

 

SECOND CHANCE ASSESSMENTS

Any unit test can be re-taken if you do not have more than 1 non-dress for the unit, bring the study guide to the test, and request a retake immediately after finding out the test results.

 

FINAL EXAMS

You will have a written final exam worth 20% of your final grade.

 

 

PACER TEST

Students need to show cardiovascular growth on the Pacer Test from the beginning of the semester to the end of the semester.

ATTENDANCE

• The student is responsible for completing missed work.

• You must be in the LOCKER ROOM before the bell rings or you are TARDY!

 

MEDICAL

• WHEN ILL OR INJURED YOU MUST STILL DRESS FOR CLASS!

• DO NOT BRING NOTES FROM PARENTS!

• If you are under the care of a doctor YOU MUST HAVE A DOCTOR’S NOTE- at this time you will be given a medical report and assigned to study hall

• If you have asthma, bee sting allergies, or any medical need, you MUST have your medicine with you AT ALL TIMES!!!!!
